Hi Mia! I wash my hair before doing sleepless curls so the hair is wet first and I try and make sure it wraps around with the piece of hair as flat as possible so it's evenly spaced out. This helps with drying time and going from wet to dry helps set the curls even more. Sometimes in the morning it's still a little damp in places but I spread out the hair in those spots a little and leave it in for a bit longer after I wake up for it to dry completely. The wet hair also helps give grip when trying to wrap your hair. Hope that helps with more successful curls! ❤

I want to say I love seeing your family enjoy being with each other. I have been taking care of my Mom who has dementia so I have been trying to make memories for my Mom even though she won't remember but I will. Watching your Christmas videos brings back memories of past Christmas. The holidays are just me and Mom. I buy her a lot of inexpensive items then I get me something and put it from her. I miss when she would pick out my gift but those days are gone. Stay close and make memories.

It was cute how Karma thought the matcha powder tasted nice. I work with children, and I find they sometimes like the strangest things! Half the time, I think it’s to show off or because they see us grown-ups liking it. I’ve had kids enjoy spices straight, raw garlic, vinegar…all sorts. It makes me laugh. Sometimes, I do have to say no to something that’s unsafe (like straight vinegar; always dilute it in water and have them rinse afterwards), but otherwise, I’ll indulge them and smile. I love that your children all enjoy healthy food; it comes from your example, I’m sure.
