Hey FreeGang! Thanks for tuning into this fun food shopping and taste test video!
Today we are heading to lots of different UK supermarkets and food stores to find the best UK lunch time meal deals, and taste teste each one and rate them to see which is the best uk lunch meal deal! We try the Tesco meal deal, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Co-op, Boots, WHSmith, M&S and Waitrose, and do a taste and price comparison of them all!
This is the first time we have done this challenge. Let's see if we can find any good offers or money saving tips and tricks that we can share with you.

Love this!! I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a meal deal from a supermarket and I’ve never really like sandwiches or pastas but you guys seemed to get some yummy foods. I think boots did a very nice meal, the naan looked tasty #freegang #livebutnotlive #justkeeprising 💚

Here's an idea, guys. What about comparing the £12 dine in for 2 deals. I'm not sure about vegan options, though, so you might need to check. M&S, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Tesco do them. Also great vid!

Commenting live but not live from my house in Surrey! I read a comment the other day, that criticised your videos where you spend a lot of money. I thoroughly disagree with that comment. I do enjoy your budget videos however I really enjoy the videos where there is no budget, as a person on a low income I cannot afford to do this, but when I do splurge on an expensive item or a food product, having seen you review them makes it easier to know I’m not going to regret my purchase. Rather than spending money on something that looks good and then not enjoying it. Keep up the good work family freedom and most importantly just keep rising ❤❤❤❤

The Morrisons salad bar meal deal is a great offer if yours do it. £3.50 a medium build your own salad (and i stuff that thing full!) drink and snack

Did you know Boots were the founders of the meal deal? The cheapest meal deal is Poundland which you missed out on. Not sure what plant based options they'd have though

Yes meal deals save money if we have the loyalty card/app from the retailer. Unfortunately Lidl & Aldi don't have meal deals. Another awesome video Bob, JoJo and Katie (didn't see Katie in the stores). Lots of good vegan meal deal options in stores (with the exception of M&S). I'm so impressed by your kombucha drink prices and your Naked juice drinks. I buy kombucha at Walmart, which is the cheapest grocery store and I pay 4$ for 1. I can't afford to drink it often but wish I could. ❤

I miss meal deals can’t really get one when you’re gluten free but before I would always try and get the most expensive things too 😂 i actually think Sainsbury’s should have won because the coffee options too as well as fresh OJ and a VLT 👌🏻

Did the Morrisons you were in not have a salad bar? That’s the best meal deal IMO. Salad bar + snack + drink £3.50.. the salad is enough I have the snack as part of next days lunch.. even better value.

Waitress is not fair compared to the other stores also had £5 meal deals so you can't compare a £3 deal for a £5 deals. I think you need to go back and do £5 deals only.
