What is the depth, the size of the baking space? I mean without the grate. I like that it allows for a low temperature mode and would use it to make yogurt. Thank you.

The initial burn in wasn't enough for me, there is a strong plastic smell still after using for 6 air fry's at 385F. When does this go away? Edit; They sent a replacement that doesn't smell.

That "grill" plate is a pain in the azz to clean with that center. Show us you cooking a steak or chicken breast or cinnamon rolls and lets see you clean that after.

@@7577ia They sent me out a replacement, this one is fine so they must have had a bad batch. I think it was manufacturing film that didn't get removed before assembly but that's just a guess. If you get one that smells definitely send it back because it is supposed to be minimal and go away after a couple cycles.
