Hi. I usually dampen a sponge, add a bit of baking soda, and give the inside a good wipe-down. Then I just dry it off with a clean cloth. Baking soda is great for cutting through grease, but you can also use a regular kitchen cleaner if you prefer. I'm glad you pointed at this, I will definitely include such things in our future air fryer reviews. Cheers

Thanks for this. My worry is cooking at the front and not so much on the back.

The manual tells user that upper frying area is for protein and more crispy. The bottom of drawer is for vegetables and less crispy. Additionally, location of cutouts on crisper plate is important for type of food.

Great review - Cost today QVC £189 Mine arrives in two days can't wait - Thank you

It needs 15cm of clearance on all sides due to heat output, that might mean it is too close to your cupboards above. This video of the heat output is really useful and accurate to my experience. You can get heat proof mats that slide out so you can pull it forward for better air circulation when in use.

Thank you for testing this airfryer.I watched a few tests and some testers had the same problem with the uneven airfrying at the front and back of the basket.This is really disappointing.Ninja's answer to this problem was: " For best results, shake or often toss during cooking for even doneness".But i think shaking or tossing won't solve this problem.I wanted to buy it but know I think better not.

Thanks for your comment! Let's hope Ninja rectifies this in the next iteration of this 'double decker'.. Best Adam

@@FamilyPopTVnooo I was so excited about this :/ another thing I’m afraid of is using non stick, fertility dr said not to use but all basket easy to use air fryers are nonstick

Doesn’t the food cook evenly as long as the “double stack pro” button is clicked?

I used it today with potatoes (top basket) and fish ( bottom basket) , by shaking every 5 or 10 min , both are perfectly and evenly lcooked

Bought one in July and it has stopped working, contacting ninja tomorrow, item was cooking then just stopped, no lights no power dead. 😮

Hi, that's no good. I know it might seem like a silly question, but have you had a chance to check if it could be something simple, like the fuse in the plug (if you're in the UK) -or the circuit breaker/outlet? (If you're in the US) Sometimes those can cause issues like this. Let me know! Cheers

You can use the crisping tray in the center of the drawer by taking out turning 90° and it will set on the ledge inside.

Are there any condensation issues happening around the front of the air fryer?
@Ansem16896 ай бұрын
regarding the hot air exhaust: This is usually mentioned in the instructions. In the instructions of the Dual Zone Ninja it is mentioned, that you should have a safetly perimeter of at least 15cm (~6 inches) around the air fryer.

Thanks for checking the heat output as that's what I was curious about. So essentially, heat comes out the right, but left is cool, and back is cool. I think it will be ok to place under a cabinet then provided there's plenty of clearance on the right side
@RJO-l5q18 күн бұрын
Just fyi, manual says needs 15cm of clearance above and on all sides, and in my experience it does get very hot above if in a corner, but ok if pulled out for a little more room for air to circulate on the right and top.

@@RJO-l5q Thanks for the tip, I'm still planning to get this so I know to measure for 15cm clearance now. Thanks!

Quite annoyed. Not a single review has mentioned the pitifully short power lead. Ours does NOT reach the plug socket in the place we wanted it. Having an extension lead is just not a feasible solution either.

At what size do portable convection oven become just normal convection ovens? You do realize there is no such thing as a Air fryer other than marketing to suckers.
@alangoudie13086 ай бұрын
Almost, except the speed of the convection fan is much greater and the generally smaller side reduces preheating time.
@RebeccaTiffany15 ай бұрын
I’ve been wondering the same thing I think I’ve seen stand alone ranges that have 2 drawers one regular and one convection but maybe I’m wrong, wonder what the difference would be just no preheat still? Or?
