坦白說，這炒粿條我試過一次後就不會再度光顧了，一碟炒粿條要馬幣9.00，試問是否貴了些呢？他的重點是那兩隻蝦，我們要吃的是炒粿條的鍋氣和味道，並不是蝦，如要吃蝦倒不如去吃海鮮，最主要的是這檔炒粿條沒有古早味的臘腸和鮮蚶，感覺到有點變質。

We had tried the Ah long fried kuay tiow 5 years back, it was our first meal of the day. We were looking forward for a flavorful meal, in fact we up size and op for extra ingredient such as the mantis shrimp. After order and tried their kuay tiow, we were totally disappointed the food taste off! I'll never forget about this incident, it taste so bad that it leave a bad impression of Penang CKT in me. :(

This is Ah Leng daughter and son-in-law stall, one word, failed. Try the next Char Koay Teow opposite them. Better than them a lot.

to be honest : taugeh should be actually put in the last because of its crunch and the texture... if i see char kuey tiew they put beansprouts at first, FAILS for sure :)

Even other famous restaurants place bean sprouts first. The crunchiness really depends on how long you could the sprouts for. As you can see, not much time was spent frying the noodles, so the sprouts will still be crunchy
