Nooo.. you all need to relearn history and fact checking. McDonald's began with one arch symbol but the original first building and an arch at each end making it two arches. It ended up being called the Double Arches and the McDonald's symbol was a combination of 2 arches and the M

The McDonald’s logo represents the original store designs from the 1950s-1968 when they transitioned to the familiar store design. The original stores had Golden Arches on each side, and when viewed from an angle it made the familiar double arch shape. BMW represents an Aircraft Propeller, And the Bavarian Flag. The name means Bavarian Engine Works, and they didn't build much car engines, they had a proud history in powering planes. The Focke-Wulf Fw-190A and F series, the Dornier 217, the Focke-Wulf Fw-200 Condor as well. They also built the BMW 003, one of the first Jet engines in active use on the Heinkel He-162 Volksjäger. Mercedes too built aircraft engines.

McDonald’s one is bullshit. The original store in San Bernardino, CA had built a large arch (aka one half of the McDonald’s logo today) so the store can be seen from the highways that surround it. They ended up using 2 arches as their logo.
