سلام این غذایی که شما ازش اسم‌بردید ، اگر فقط نخود خالی باشه ، اسمش : حموص هست ، نخود رو میپزند و چرخ میکنند با روغن کنجد یا ارده و فلفل مخلوط میشه. این یه جور سس هست که با غذا میل میشه البته شبها به صورت ساندویچ با نون‌ ترتیلا و گوجه و کاهو درست میکنند میل میکنند . منظور شما همین بود؟

شما منظورتون « آش نخود آب » عراقی هست. با نخود و گوشت و قلم گوسفند و ادویه جات پخته میشه . این آش در جنوب ایران در اهواز آبادان هم پخته میشه اگر اینستای مستر رو فالو کنید آش کاری نخود رو قبلا مستر در چابهار که رفته بود کنار خیابان یک آقای چابهاری این آش رو به مستر دادند تست کرد و به شوخی گفت انقدر تنده که باید تا تهران بدود. این غذاهای تند معده ماها رو اذیت میکنه و نباید فلفل بیش از حد که هندیا در غذاها میریزن ما مصرف کنیم . اگر بازم منظور شما آش نخود آب نیست بفرما تا برم سرچ کنم .
