David,: Besides you doing an amazing job as usual and the fact that I am running out of adjectives to describe these videos, you have a great host in Carlos. He is so calm and maybe a little shy at times. All in all, it's always great to see how food is prepared. So simple. Someone asked about the white sleeve on the right hand and my guess is that it's because of the tattoos. Maybe because of the heat and the sunburn you might get. Anyway, although there wasn't a lot of food in this one, I loved seeing all the other things you show in these videos in Nicaragua. Very interesting. Looking forward to the next one.

The= El Indio viejo the secret are naranja agrias and mint David, it’s like Nacatamal but Indio viejo is more liquid and doesn’t have marinated pork or potatoes, rice the it .!
