Dilli mein bohot jagah nahari milti hai......magar aisi nahari toh poore bharat mein nahin milti.....Nahari mein pyaz nahin dalti...aur jitni pyaz dali hai...utni qorme mein bhi nahin dalte....saunth saunf aur mirch barabar. miqdar mein dali jati hai....peepli dali jati hai......masala bonne ke baad......chiknai hata li jati hai aur aata Pani Malakar dam diya jata hai......baad men tel milate hain....dhania powder bhi nahin dala jaata............aur baghair qalai ke dilli toh kya Dunia mein kahin copper use nahin Kiya jaata.......

I am shocked that your Nahari recipe started out like Quorma and added garam masala and in the end sprinkled sonth and saunf. Very wired nahari. Do some research and watch your own serial Raha Rasoi . My parents were From Delhi and my mother’s recipe was exactly like the one on the show.
