This Nahari looks yummy, and Peepli is the main ingredient like you said. For sure Madan ji has no idea about Nulli and Maghaz Nehari. Javed Nahari started from a very small shop 8×4 size in my neighborhood back in the days. Globale Center, presented by Yahya, has shown some authentic Nahari places in Delhi. You did an amazing job by showing the texture and the way you were taking bites 😂 Keep up the good work.

Javed Nihari and Malik Nihari are bith very good. Both are Dehli recipes as the people making here migrated from Dehli. I like Malik more as that is the reference standard for me to measure any Nihari and where in the world.

Looking so tempting, One thing you have missed and that is sprinklimg lemon on it just before eating at your table, The special spices that he has put is something that we miss in Pakistan. I can imagine the aroma of shafroon, pepli, dry rose Bettle nut root and so on. The taste must be of next level. We in Pakistan make nihari from beef bong and Hadi Guddi. Mutton is used only for show off otherwise taste of beef nihari is ultimate.
