CHAP SHORO - Big meat bread
CHAP SHORO has been famous traditional food of Hunza, Gilgit Baltistan . Baked in traditional Khimis Don - a traditional oven on wooden stove gives chap shoro very delicious taste.
Goat meat in wheat bread , mixed with onions and garlic with a pinch of salt keeps the original taste of famous traditional chap shoro of Hunza.
SKIMMED FROM THE LEG OF GOAT THE FAT GIVES AN AROMATIC SMELL TO MEAT IN BREAD.
We ate Mamoo Balt- Milk apple, after great chap shoro.

It took a long time and effort to make this bread. It's very healthy compared to what we eat in big cities (even towns & villages nowadays) and natural. Most poor people would have to spend several days of their earnings to buy an unhealthy version of this bread from a modern or semi-modern restaurant at the risk of getting sick in the long run.
