Putting hands on ice is 2nd thing. 1st thing , i always get a phobia and refrain myself from drinking from these street vendors as i have seen the way most of them handle ice(big blocks of ice brought in dirty rags or even open sometimes. And i also heard that some bring ice cubes from even the morgues.
