Taj Mahal was always there forever. During my childhood...We used to visit very often...Shopping at Koti, Abids, Tiffin/dinner at Taj Mahal used to be a very routine thing... And that Upma is legendary...With lot of ghee and kaju...And to end with coffee... Just Wow!

I love my indian culture where we are taught to eat by hand. Nowadays people sort of see it as a form of indisciplined behaviour and generally prefer to eat by spoon. But I still consider the hand eating method to be the ultimate one.

@Neeraj Bhai lekin mujhe kam se kam hindi bolne me sharam nahi aati hai. Lekin bahut sare logon ko haath se khana khane me sharam mahsoos hoti hai aur wo log ise mannerless behaviour samajhte hai. Maine bas English me isliye likha kyoonki South me bahut sare jagah, log abhi bhi hindi bolne ya samajhne me struggle karte hai. But English is a language that people all over the country understand .

Two things- rice and podi is main in Andhra meal but a side dish for idli and dosa in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Second, in Andhra meals you start with podi, then move on to pappu, sambar and then rasam and then yogurt rice and finally sweet. Poori and all that is extra which you can have anytime
