I'm right when that muscular guy is flexing and I would say to him work on his legs muscles and don't get any bigger in the back he's starting to look like a frog when you first pick it up and the legs are hanging down. I grew up watching Jean Claude Van Damn and Fabio and both are in their early sixties now and have down sized them selves so they don't have extra skin hanging or fat. But he is the most built up guy I've seen at Horse Guard's and I've been watching since at least Thanksgiving. November 2?. I think around there. I'm 51.
