I absolutely love Jean Paul Gaultier. I really admire this man, his character, his personality. I really enjoyed this interview and was addicted from the minute i pressed play! One day I will purchase something other than purfume! The day will come when I can afford such beauty, until then just looking at his lines gives me such pleasure i am so thankful for that. A pure genius.

I have been a HUGE admirer and fan of Jean Paul Gaultier since the mid 80s. I bought my first Gaultier jacket and pants at the Neiman Marcus downtown Dallas and the jacket, which later I was told was called the "scrunch jacket" because you had to 'scrutch' it up in order for the buttons to work properly. It was brilliant and I was HOOKED from there. Every season, I couldn't wait until my box of googies would arrive from Neiman's. I was lucky enough and young enough to wear Gaultier until his company changed their marketing strategy and essentially withdrew from the American market for men. I have every piece I ever bought and have preserved them---for what, I don't know---but occasionally I will wear a piece and just flat-out enjoy a jacket that is nearly 30 years old but still GORGEOUS! I Just think he is a treasure and what a wonderful interview. This was all a thrill for me! Pdub

Dallas has great fashion and thrift stores. I found the extraordinary Gaultier burlap potato sack military inspired jacket. Omg it's everything

I love his design even though I dont really get invovled with fashion designers.. but he has real passion in his works and I admire all the "fifth element" costumes

I just started this video. This lady has said the word.. Uhm. Ten thousand times in 2 minutes. I cannot. I simply can’t. If you are that nervous to talk at a podium.. I can’t listen. I stopped the video. No matter how amazing the subject maybe. It could not have been a worse introduction. Awful.
