This is so amazing. The moment the dragon came out of the picture was magical. I adore this.

This looks amazing. I honestly wanted to cry. It reminded me so much of my past. Teachers used to take my art and just, throw it away. I had high grades and then I just lost my drive and fucked up a year of school. I started to get into drawing again after finding my old drawing of my characters. I started to redo her and met an artist who is now my best friend. We draw together and out characters have just grown. And I sometimes just lay awake at night and think about my characters coming threw the pages Ive drawn and just, sitting down, have a chat with me. It makes me feel alive. It makes me feel happy. That feeling is what I got from watching this video. Its amazing. I love it.

+Anger Huntara Im so inspired to hear that my video has had such an impact with people like this! It's a story I myself, and I feel a lot of people have been through time and time again. So glad to see others being able to relate and take away from all this as better stronger artists

WOW! This is so great, I love this so much. I personally feel this on an emotional level, I grew a love for art as a kid creating pictures and showing them to my family. Over time I felt discouraged and different from everyone else because my love for art, so I never really had any friends. My parents discouraged me from becoming an artist( wanted me to become an engineer), my teachers scolded me thoughout all my years in school for drawing(elementary-high), my older sister called me a copy and never living up to her expectations, just because she was artist herself. I felt low and unappreciated for trying to show everyone my passion for art, until I found inspiration though artist on Deviantart, Tumbler, and Tegaki . I continued my passion for art, and now i'm in art college with a handful of good friends (including my sister) that also share a passion for art as well. I am even planing my own comic to start(still needs work)with characters that also mean a lot to me. To be honest, this animatic got me in the feels. I look forward to your full animation, and keep creating art you feel passionate for. (I hope this didn't sound to preachy or was TMI)

ahh I really vibe with this! I'm a younger student and I've definitely struggled with feeling like I wasn't supposed to be doing art ever. Especially in early middle school, I had a teacher who didn't really get that I was distracted constantly because I didn't understand the content she was teaching, and I couldn't get invested in my learning with how she was teaching it. So I was constantly drawing and instead of asking me about it, she would make me feel like I was in trouble for putting doodles and stuff on classwork. It just really frustrated me and my self worth that year really depleted because of it. Sorry for the little ramble, I just really felt that part, it definitely resonated with me. Also! The moment the mural bursts to life was so magical, it really gave me this kind of rush, it made me really really happy.

This is so freaking touching and so well timed :D Also i love how you draw everything, it has so much dynamic in it and the expressions are wonderful drawn. This is just wow! When you ever decide to animate this, i bet the colours will blow me away with the whole storyboard already being so mind blowing owo Amazing work, keep it up :D You really have a lot skills when it comes to the movement, timing and the whole atmosphere.
