Love that you spoke up about the Curl mix discount code! I used the code and bought the gels and two of the moisturizers. Love the gels, but the leave in moisturizers were not moisturizing and they were like a liquid leave in that was missing the sprayer. My curls don't do well with them. Will repurchase the gels, but definitely not the moisturizers. They need to improve the quality of that product, I think. Curls on both of you are gorgeous, as always. Regarding Taylor Anne's hair problems, maybe some of the problems, apart from the regular WnGs, is the residual effects of the full color job. Doing a protein treatment, followed by a a deep treatment every month or so, will bring back strength to the curls. Generally, I have found that washing hair two or three times a week, won't cause damage if that is your regular routine. Curl Junkie Repair Me! is a great protein /moisture treatment and I know Lori Anne loves it! Love watching the two of you together! See you later!

I'm so jealous 😍. I have to wait 2 or 3 days for this kind of volume. My low porosity fine strands hate blow dryers and picks. Blow driers suck the moisture out of my fine hair no matter the setting, even cool 😒. And using picks is the same as backing combing; my fine strands can't handle it. On another note, Mrs. LoriAnne, your hair is gorgeous. Of course, you can go as long or as short as you want, but this is my favorite cut and shape on you.

When I use a diffuser I let my hair air dry for 2 1/2 hours & the I diffuse for 20 mins medium heat low speed. It took me min to figure this out for my hair.

Thank you Ladies for another informative video. This gives me options. My routine is prepoo, wash, dc, leave in, oil or creme, put my waist length hair in 6 braids and air dry every 7-10 days. If I have to leave the house, I wrap my hair up. I have fine to medium density and low to medium porosity. My hair stays this way until I have somewhere to go, then I unbraid, spritz, oil, gel and go. My choice hair lines are Giovanni (since 1992) and Treenaturals (since 2012). I am a Mature Natural. Brittany Aguillard We swear by the fan drying. It helps lesson the frizz. Remember use the fan until,your hair is 85 - 90% dry. Then you can add a little bit of heat by a standards hair dryer. For stretching or volume. Hope this helps you out 🤓🦁💕➰

I have wavy/curly classic length (butt length) hair. I towel dry (smooth microfiber) for 30-45 min., then air dry for 2-4H, and by then it is mostly dry. All I need then is 5min. diffuser time to get it to 95% dry with dry roots and almost dry ends. I also don't diffuse immediately, or you'll be at it for a good half hour.

M.A.D.CURLS, I sometimes use a t-shirt to dry, it depends on what I have on hand; but the microfiber is smooth as a t-shirt, or I wouldn't use it! No way. I love my 30-45 min. "towel" drying as it gets a lot of the wetness out, and my hairtype styles better on damp hair instead of soaking wet. It's fun to finally learn what's best for your own hair. Love your channel. Hi! For us we find that the drier our hair is when we go in with the blow dryer the less frizz we get, that’s why we try to make sure our hair is about 90% dry before we go in with it.

M.A.D.CURLS yes Now I know ... sometimes I air dry my hair but I don’t get so much volume as the days I diffused but when I diffuse I start diffusing after my hair is at least 30% dried on cold low setting. I can’t no use oils to break the cast from the products , oils give me frizz and take away my volume. 🤷🏻‍♀️.... by the way I got the CurlMix products which I love the gel , when I combined it with the avocado leave in left my hair to oily and no much volume. I just do my salon bonnet stand dryer with heat protectant of course and I’m dry 90% with in an hour and use my Devacurl Hand dryer for the roots only. No frizz because I usually do my hair at night so I silk scarf it and go to bed. Just fluff in the morning. I use light styling products and I’m loving my Ouidad ❤️ or Devacurl. Idk if this helps but Taylor Anne have you tried the at home olapex I believe it’s called olaplex no.3 it’s supposed to be a bond multiplier to help with the issues you’ve said you have been having. It’s not a deep conditioner however so you would follow your usual routine with doing the olaplex treatment. Just an idea. They sell it at Sephora and salons if you’re interested. Hope it helps. Hi Tash! The foundation I’ve been using is the NYX Total Control Drops! I love it because you can control how much coverage you want and I typically opt for something light. My skin type is combination, sometimes it’s super dry, mostly in the winter and other times it’s really oily. The NYX is a matte foundation. - TaylorAnne

Haley Askins Hi Haley. Thank you very much. Yes, I keep “cutting” it to maintain this shape. But it grows so fast during the summer that the last time I got a haircut in June 2 weeks later you’d never know it. Hopefully it will slow down now that we are entering the Fall. But, that is a great idea. Always being a picture in with you when you go to a salon. Some how it always goes south by my simply explaining what I want. They need to see a picture. Thanks for the demo ladies. For ME, CurlMix is NOT worth the coin at all. I have the moisturizer and the flaxseed gel, in which I used together. I had frizz the following day. The moisturizing cream is too liquidy. The so-called "gel" is a cream as well. The price is bothersome for the quality. The average price for their measly 8oz bottles is: $26. For that $$$, one can buy the ENTIRE Eden Bodyworks Almond Marshmallow line (3 items) for $ 26.97, and get out of this world results. I had stated before that my results held up past 10 days, without refreshing. I have yet to come across any negative comments about that line. I adore you both, but I'm keeping it 100 with you♡
