Discover the Problem Generated by a FAN MOTOR with an UNINSULATED COIL. In this video we are going to carry out tests with the Fan Motor lines where the Insulating Enamel is damaged.

We are going to use a Continuity Scale Multimeter to verify this damage and observe which of the Motor Coils belong to said Unglazed Lines.

With one of the Multimeter Tips we are going to make contact with the Uninsulated Line and with the other Multimeter Tip we are going to make contact with one of the Outputs or Inputs of the Coils and thus verify these Uninsulated Lines in the FAN MOTOR.

At the end of this test, we will be able to determine which Uninsulated Coil is the one we have in our Fan Motor. We will also know if our FAN MOTOR WITH UNINSULATED COIL will be able to work when connecting the speeds and which of these cannot be activated due to damage to the fan motor coil.

Hola.. Te consulto. Que tipo de cinta es esa? A la vista parece cinta de papel o de pintor cinta de enmascarar, Así le llamamos acá en Argentina.. la cinta aisladora la de electricidad no es mejor,. Pregunto que tipo de aislante es mejor para bobinas.. Gracias por tus vídeos y trabajo. Saludos

Hola. La cinta es exactamente Masking Tape. Bien escrito por vos cinta de papel o de pintor o de enmascarar. La cinta utilizada para conexiones eléctricas no es recomendable a criterio muy personal, porque el pegamento que contiene se convierte en viscoso, se fluidifica o simplemente se dilata ante la temperatura alta.

Como checar los hilos sin aislamiento interiores?

Hola Lusi!! Para determinar si alguna línea de las bobinas no tienen aislamiento porque físicamente se vea o note que no lo tiene, podés revisarlo con el multímetro. Saludos.

Vas a colocar el multímetro en continuidad y vas a tocar con una de las puntas la línea que se sospecha no tiene aislamiento y con la otra punta, vas a ir tocando las otras líneas en busca de la línea que corresponda a esa línea sin aislamiento hasta que te dé un pitido de continuidad en señal clara de que en realidad no hay aislamiento.
