You might be thinking of the effects of anxiety drugs, benzos. (I personally think she's high on benzos in this vid). If she got diagnosed with bipolar, they wouldn't treat her with benzos, though. Maye a mood stabilizer like Seroquel? It's sedating but only supposed to be taken at night. It also looks like maybe she had dental work and she's getting used to it. Something was off with her, though.

I'm going to need everyone to STOP saying Selena is on drugs or that her face changed due to botox. These changes are the side effects of her Immunosuppressive meds for Lupus AND her Lupus, she always loopy and her face is sometimes swollen as well as her body. She doesn't get botox, she can't because her Lupus would cause her body to reject it (literally attack the foreign chemicals). She's been sick on and off since 2013. Please don't make these comments on her looks, she's already said it affects her self-body image greatly.
