Fan Parade | 10,000 Subscriber Special

In honour of surpassing 10,000 subscribers, I decided to create a revamped version of the special video I created for 100 subscribers back in 2017! Note that this isn’t my full collection; they’re just a good selection of fans that I chose to show in this video. I’m absolutely amazed by this huge milestone my channel has achieved. I never thought this would ever happen when I uploaded my first video just for fun in 2016. I’m happy to be on a platform where I can create and share contents on what I enjoy doing as a hobby with others of similar interests. I appreciate everyone for continuously supporting my channel. More contents are always on the way! Cheers to 10k subscribers!

Is there a fan brand or fan model you would recommend for desk use? I am looking on amazon but most are pretty meh.

There’s a lot of fans that are decent for that purpose. One good fan on Amazon is the Genesis 6” clip/desk fan. I have the same one just with another brand name and it’s a good fan for the price.

Yep. Also in this video, the oscillator was engaged, so there would have been additional load on the motor which in turn would slow it down faster.

At 5:04 about for the 1996 Super do you know the size of the screw in the oscillation pin?

I’m not sure at the moment. I’d have to take some measurements of the screw to determine the specs.

@@TheSuperFanMan BTW, did you know that Super fans can lite on fire when they oscillate because the power cord in the fan rubs with the motor. I suggest putting electrical tape on the cord

That was an issue present on certain variants of the 18” pedestal fan models by SMC. None of the other sizes were recalled as far as I’m aware. I’ve done some tests and examinations on my Super fans and they don’t suffer from the issues. One of my 12” Super fans came from my high school, where it used to run 24/7 for years. The wire insulation is still like new.
