Hello. I recently gave a full service to Worcester CDI. Cleaned heat cell, new electrodes installed, new baring plate and all seals installed. Max and min readings perfect. But fan pressure and gas rate is still less than they should be. What else could be causing these low readings?

I’m in the middle of a job exactly the same. Replaced all seals and bearing plate. Heat cell was quite clean. Now the fan pressure is worse😢. I have just ordered a new fan. I know it’s 3yrs ago, but did the new fan sort it?

Hi got poor negative fan presure, just done full service. Blown though test point and I know manometer OK. Any pointers on negative can cause this

Fan pressure should always be checked irrespective of faults 👍

U9 fault on green star 532i. On ch/hw. Takes 25 mins to get to 82 deg Cleaned heat exchanger

BrosnanEvans it's the cdi cleaning kit. There's a part number for the kit in the back of the MIs or look for it on internet
