It was a very entertaining game to watch for a nil nil!!!! But Trafford was simply EPIC TODAY!!! He got inside the lads head for sure!!!!!! We just lack that last cutting edge decisive pass to get through any team we face it’s so frustrating!!!! A ‘Defour’ type of player, someone who also isn’t afraid to bloody shoot from 25 yards out. Why of why are so afraid to put our laces through the ball when we have a chance outside the box??? It’s so frustrating!!!! Let your leg bloody swing ffs!!! Foster looked very sharp tonight, can’t we play him at the 9, Flemming at the 10? Aren’t those their natural positions anyway?? Get Tom Cannon signed for 10m before Sheff Utd do, we need him BADLY.

The "penalties" were the real issue. I don't believe either was a Pen. The ref was as poor as I have seen this season by far! We MUST get a good striker into this squad as priority.

Sunderland fan here, before the game I definitely would have took the point but the way the game played out I’m sure you can understand it now feels like a loss. However it was a very even game, our first penalty shouldn’t have been a penalty but 2nd was stone wall. Very enjoyable game from a neutral stand point but by no means a bad point! Positive from us is that our new signing le fee looks like a class act even when playing out of position!
