Depends who you talk to. Every fan base has deluded fans they get into arguments etc. This is the closest Arsenal have been to the title since 2004. After the banter era, fans'll want to stick their chest out and other fanbases have been egging Arsenal fans on to say they're going to win the title because they can't take the banter of us being better than them this season. As an Arsenal fan, this is the first time I can watch being in the title fight this late in the season, I was alive for 02, 04 but I was very young and wasn't supporting the club at the time. My view is City are the favourites and always have been, the depth, the experience, the quality, they should be better than us but they've lacked consistency through the season in the league but they're peaking at the right time and the points gap isn't big at all. If we lose, we'll be getting the Liverpool treatment essentially, close but end up with nothing due to City. Only saving grace would be if City are on the verge of winning the treble, then everyone will be begging for Arsenal to win and people will focus more on City being cheaters when their fans claim the new treble winning city is the greatest team in prem history
