so there is a guy on here that says to take the wheel off and then update the base first and then while still hooked up to PC and the update app open put the wheel back on then try , this worked for me ! hope this helps

This sucks so much.. My only thought is delete the drivers completely from your pc, re download fresh and try again.. I’ve heard of that fixing foe some.

I have deleted drivers and used older ones too. Per the video the QR2 bundle did not solve my issue like it did yours. They are issuing me the 2nd RMA. At this point I have nothing to lose to just continue down that road, but I am not far off from going with a different brand. Fanatec products and support sucks!

yeah so i deleted the driver and redownloaded and it worked for me. but hey man all companies have their faults

I commend you in having lot of patience. It's been a month, so maybe you've already resolved this issue? if not, maybe worth rechecking this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iZKtlH2Bht2DnrM you may have trialed this combination, not sure. Also, maybe worth downgrading your firmware to something lower than trying to flash the base/wheel/etc. Finally, try moving the C clamp collar to close to the edge then tightening it. Feel bad for your experience. Good luck!

@@powerralley Glad to hear it. I have Fanatec ecosystem and it's nice when it works. I had Day1 issues with = 1) V3 pedal loadcell, RMA'd replaced, 2) Formula V2.5, shifter, RMA'd replaced, 3) McLaren V2, shifter, RMA'd replaced. Hopefully the new owner, Cordsair, will improve their quality department ASAP. Hope your new replacement is trouble-free. Good luck!

@@andreaugustus798 yes. I received a brand new kit. I hooked it up and it works. I should note that I did not do any updates and I don't plan on it.
