And for the record, buttons rock!!! I actually use my button stash as part of my studio decor. I got these awesome jars years ago at Dollar Tree and have my buttons sorted by color. The 10 jars sit on the top shelf of my bookshelf on display like a rainbow. Just looking at them makes me smile! 💖💖💖

Yes, please, do a plaid tutorial. Had no idea you could make a tear pad w/ hot glue; have made them with wet glues, but never hot glue. Love your project, esp watching you stamp the elements; It's an art form in its own right. You mentioned having shown the tear pad in a painting tutorial; I try to watch all your vids but often don't have the time. But I learned a long time ago that I will always learn something from you no matter the medium you demonstrate.

I just found this lovely video whilst looking through some of your either videos and playlists. I must say it's adorable. I love crafting also and making a lot of homemade gifts and such for fun and have down in times past for a local market craft stall which was so much fun. I don't have stamps or stamp pads just yet however my art and craft store which is my favourite has a sale on stampers and stamp pads. Woohoo! So I can't wait to get stamping and making some great little pads, cards etc. Thanks so much Lindsay, love your crafts and artwork!!! So cute! Can I be your children's teacher? 😄. Our school had some note sized paper donated. My class is going to make their own personal notepad tomorrow for our second day of school. (Using white glue 😉 just in case you thought I'd lost my mind!) So, I'll be doing a craft with my class while you are doing your live show. I'll miss you. It was a great summer being live with you. I'll share new class pictures of our frugal crafter projects. 🖌🎨😘. Encouraging young new crafters

with our ballet shoes we would burn the ribbon so they wouldn't fray. just quickly run a lighter on the cuts sides to melt it just slightly. just be careful and not for kids to do at all. try at your own risk but world's really well.

When it comes to cards and crafts, I do not understand dated. No matter what I use on a card, none of my family or friends know anything about what was last year etc. etc. I don't know how paper, buttons or embelishments can be called dated. I sometimes hear people say, this paper is from last year or whatever. Who the heck would know that if you did't tell them. Thanks for the video. Cute project.
