Thank you for making such an entertaining and informative video! I had no idea that oil...and rice were used in making sushi. Perhaps next time you could include something on 'Kappa Maki' sushi, for us vegetarian folks. I have read about it...but never seen it! The Sushi Chef seemed very charming through out the video. His personality is very pleasant. Kaketaku San looked kind of strange with his stubble! But he still looked handsome, nonetheless. Thank you for making this video.
