Specifically, what sun protectant do use? Also, for most of my life, my hair 'normally' grows about 6 inches per year; 1/8" per week -- but it has been exposed to more sun in recent years and is literally BREAKING now. I'm in my mid 60s. (I do use a hair dryer too, but in the past, that's never been a huge issue. I used to iron it when that was popular in the 1960s & 70s.)

i've already talked about it in many videos :) i suggest using a wet brush and carefully brushing hair from bottom to top. and try to wait until your hair is dry or mostly dry. with washing, it depends on your hair. i use a shampoo i like on my roots and a deep conditioner everywhere else and let them sit from at least 5 minutes before rinsing out. Hope that helps!

I've never tried them, but MSM helps with collagen and keratin production just the same.

i always state my sponsorships verbally and in my description box. Ive worked with Briogeo before, so there is absolutely no reason for me to hide it from my subscribers. this video was not sponsored. i just love their products and they have worked for me
