I can say that my secret of growing my lashes is FLAXSEED. I just boil them, then I squeeze that out and put on my lashes. Try guys,it really helps!!I am doing it for 3 weeks and the result is vivid.

Not particularly original. Black women have been using oils, the inversion method and dusting for generations. Unfortunately we are still hooked on heat, which for me personally is a no-no as my hair cannot tolerate any kind of heat. But your video is very nice and professional.

Please anyone considering having a facelift don’t have a brow lift. Dr standerfer, Dallas, TX, did not tell me that I would lose a lot of hair and I have bald spots. 😢. He suggested the brow lift. Hopefully, I’m saving someone’s hair. June 2020

A tip for the body to absorb the protien more effeciently is to double to amount of protien that one consumes with veggies/fruits. No matter if one consumes animal protiens or vegan protiens the body will not absorb enough without enough fresh produce. :)

Specifically, what sun protectant do use? Also, for most of my life, my hair 'normally' grows about 6 inches per year; 1/8" per week -- but it has been exposed to more sun in recent years and is literally BREAKING now. I'm in my mid 60s. (I do use a hair dryer too, but in the past, that's never been a huge issue. I used to iron it when that was popular in the 1960s & 70s.)

Try a low back braid, I have extensions and thats the best way to sleep. You can try different braids and see which is most comfortable for you. I like a loose back braid to sleep best because its the quickest lol.

i've already talked about it in many videos :) i suggest using a wet brush and carefully brushing hair from bottom to top. and try to wait until your hair is dry or mostly dry. with washing, it depends on your hair. i use a shampoo i like on my roots and a deep conditioner everywhere else and let them sit from at least 5 minutes before rinsing out. Hope that helps!
