Scalp Massage/ oil: •oil your hair once a week for deep conditioning. •warm oil (Helps blood flow, and allows nutrients to stay, and reduces scalp dryness) Product: • No parabens, sulfates, and silicon. Hello Radhi. I checked the products you mentioned and loved these brands. My mum had such long hair and she used all natural products like gram flour, shikakai, soap nut. A tip she gave was to comb hair before washing and part hair into two sections from middle and wash each section at a time to avoid breakage and knots. It really work!

Hey there! Coming from a professional hairdresser. I actually did a lot of studying on silicone and it’s duty in hair products. It can actually be very beneficial to your hair for protection to damaged hair. However- you want to make sure you are washing your hair very good, and not overusing it. There also are different types of silicones! Some are actually water soluble. So not to say what you’re saying it wrong! I love all the amazing information you give. This videos are great!! But I definitely just wanted to let people know silicone is not BAD or harmful. If would be user error if it is. You just need to know your info on it!! 😊

The advice about sulfates and silicones is 100% accurate especially for curly hair. I started my naturally curly journey this year and I saw a huge difference. Before cutting them out, it's good to do a final sulfate wash to remove any pre-existing silicone buildup. Defo going to try those oils! Thank you so much for the video!

Well, I don't know about forever, but I have not seen it looking this good for a solid 2 years now and I can't believe how quick the transformation was. I am putting it all down to this video (at the risk of sounding extreme!!) because before I changed my habits my hair was dull, lifeless and had lost all its curly ginger charm. You’re giving some great general tips but I see quite a bit of dryness and frayed clumps in your hair, which can be easily solved with figuring out your hair porosity and then hydrating accordingly. Sleeping with a satin sleep cap, trying glycerin and rose water and most of all experimenting with how often you wash your hair can really improve your hydration levels and turn your waves glossy, bouncy and held together. Wavy hair can look as smooth as straight hair !

For almost all my life I washed and conditioned my hair daily. Until I realized a part of my head was almost bald. If I did not wash my hair 1 day, I will look like a wet chicken. It was one of the hardest change I made, not washing my hair often. Must be a year of transition for me, now I only wash once a week and I can even go longer. I don’t apply conditioner anymore. I used to blow dry so my hair looks full but not anymore. I blow dry when out of time to airdry. I apply baby powder when at times I get oily hair in between.

Wow finally I found someone that talks about Indian hair, I'm adopted so I don't know if I need special care or not. I wash my hair 2 or 3 times a week, I wash it once and then again and I let it sitt until I finish washing the rest of myself and then I rinse and I'm done and I don't use heat in my hair unless it's in the winter and minus. I had Covid in 2020 and my hair started to come of in clumps as I had really long hair down my whole back. I eventually took a trimmer and shaved it all off and now it's coming back nice and thick and healthy. Sad but it needed to be done for it to come back to the natural healthy hair I once had. I use 2 in 1 shampoo. I colour my hair 4 times per year ( I'm going grey) now when I have short hair I don't color it because it suits me but not when my har is long. Thanks for a very good informative video 😊
