@@Barnabas45 Shatner said in an interview many years ago in the 70's or 90's that a doctor did some tests on him and they found something in his blood tests or DNA that said he would age very well and live a long life. At the time lots of people thought he was just bragging, being arrogant or talking rubbish but it seems there was a lot of truth to what he said

I know people that are 60 that look like they could be his older brother so I don't know what he's doing but we all got to find out so we can do this as well it's not just being rich. Because I know a lot of people that are well off younger than him and they don't look like this.

I think the key is exactly what he said, don't grow up & have fun. Stress is the #1 killer, it triggers negative emotions & releases certain hormones that are detrimental to longevity.

@@rick5976 actually stress is important but it's how you manage it and not getting over stressed for extended periods of time. A stressless life is totally impossible anyway.. there is a saying.. what's goes around comes around. You can't avoid 'life'. Shatner just embraces it I think and has come out the other end in great shape.
