It looks like a twin to my "wanna bee"! It started out life as a 383 SE but it was so incomplete. As I got it further along, it ended up getting parts and pieces from just about every trim level of charger haha. They're never really done. But 3 years later, it looks and performs like a true blue 71 Bee. Oh and that color.... B5 has got to be the best color on a 71 charger, by far! Love the car, and can't wait to see more of it!

Man that's a find of a lifetime right there! I can't believe how good of shape that is in for being an NC car. Did the prev owner oil down the inside of all the panels or something? I vote keep the patina! Let us know if you ever get it out to some car shows. I would love to see that car!

Nice find! I just got a 1967 Dart one owner in NC! A few things on the Superbee. The window cranks are not original. They should be chrome with round black knobs on end like in my 71 Charger. Those looked like wood? Also, I would really inspect the driver side body and determine why there is overspray on your V.I.N. Decal in door jamb as the factory would not have done that. Check your dash harness where the red wire connectors were used because it means wiring was altered in its lifetime and those can lead to electrical fires. Awesome car though! N96 hood with pins, exhaust tips, looked like dual mirrors? Full rallye dash cluster, and the very cool 71 only style rear spoiler! Lucky you!
@FanelliRestorations13 күн бұрын
Great eyes, yeah they touched up a few spots I noticed in the engine bay by the core support/battery tray area saw overspray on some wires. Looks like nothing minor, but all the VIN stampings match around the car. Good note on those window cranks. I didn’t realize that. That’s awesome about the dart you got, thanks for the great comment man great luck on your dart man!🏁

Something is wrong with this story, and it has to do with the title---When you buy a vehicle brand new, they don't issue another title the year you pay it off. But I could be wrong every state is different, I guess. I did enjoy the video though good luck with your new project.
