Marvelous!!! Lemmens Fanfare should be used as the new entrance for wedding music for both the bride and groom walking down the aisle. What beautiful piece and fantastic playing.

This is a lot more stately than a number of other recordings I've seen, but I think the piece really benefits from not being rushed. Congratulations on a wonderful performance.

Another awesome 👏 job Sarah! Listen have you thought 💭 about a 2 camera 🎥 system? One on the manuals and one on the pedals? It’s what legendary organist Diane Bish does. Great job!! God bless

Thank you! I think that would be cool to have 2 cameras! I guess I could get someone else's phone and put it on a stand near my feet. 😂

Haha actually, they're shoes specially made for playing the organ! The soles are thin so that I can feel the pedals, and the heels allow for ease in playing between the white and black notes.

Since you, and your friend, the page turner both play organ you should try some fun classic rock, or even some 80's music adapted for organ.

Sounds like fun but I regret that wouldn't go over well inside the church that is open to the public throughout the day. 😅

@@marianmandy9514 Take it from an old guy, you might just be surprised. I have referenced our Catholic Bible, and it states to make a joyful noise. It does not say from what musical style, or period. Remember Bach was writing the hip music of his day, and he did play it in church. 😅
@marianmandy9514 Жыл бұрын
@@TheCLPVideos Bach's parishioners were probably more "hip" than ours as well. 😄
@susantreacy2064 Жыл бұрын
Bach was Lutheran, not Catholic. Have you read the documents of Vatican II, particularly the Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy? Nothing is mentioned about "hip" music, only about giving glory to God in the liturgy through beautiful, sacred music.@@TheCLPVideos
