@@AdventureWithAprilAndJake thanks man! I think it is pretty special every time I am away from it. When I was growing up the neighbourhood kids and myself used to play pretend that the bush (forest) and hills behind our house were locations around Middle Earth, we had everything mapped out which parts were Mordor or Lorien etc and this was before the films had come out so our only reference were the books. So it was very exciting once we heard that the trilogy was being filmed here and turns out it was my first job out of high school was working on LOTR for 3 years and walking around sets like Helms Deep, Edoras, Osgiliath and Minas Tirith was a dream come true. So I love seeing fans from all over the world enjoy the filming locations. Hopefully when you visit again, you get to see more and spend more time in Wellington :D

That's amazing!! I'd definitely be super excited to have my childhood fantasy become reality in the places where I grew up! So cool that you got to work on the films! I was in awe of every single location we were able to visit, so being there at the time of production must've been amazing! I definitely need to spend more time in Wellington! I didn't have enough time there!
