What was also extremely flimsy and irrelevant was Judge McAfee's reason for dismissing three of the charges against Trump, including the one involving his phone call to Raffensperger. The charge was for soliciting an official to violate his oath of office. It was dropped because it didn't specify which part of his oath of office he was being solicited to violate. That's pure BS! I don't trust McAfee at all. And Willis has done everything she could possibly think of to indefinitely delay the case against Trump. She could have had him in prison two years ago.

It shouldn't make any difference if a prosecutor donated to an _opponent_ of someone she is prosecuting. That's not a conflict of interest. She is _supposed_ to be biased against the defendant. Now if a prosecutor had donated to a defendant she is prosecuting, or one of his political allies, then _that_ would be a conflict of interest.
