For, as we all know, a sneeze without a visible or audible manifestation of its cause often leads to an uncomfortable social ambiguity, as no one is quite sure whether one has merely sneezed, or if, perhaps, some more dire and contagious malady has been unleashed upon the immediate vicinity. In light of these extraordinary circumstances, I request that the phenomena of "germ-pocket-less sneezing" be duly addressed, as I am not the only individual who has suffered from the discomfort and confusion such occurrences engender. It is my hope that further research into the mechanics of sneeze behavior, particularly regarding the critical role of the germ pocket, will prevent future instances of this most unsatisfying nature.
