18:25 Never seen that happen before where two trains are so close together! Is that a normal situation?

I can't tell for sure but it looks like the drivers have probably been authorised to drive on sight due to some incidence

ACL is 5-6 cars sometimes. Especially in the summer or if theres an event in Atlantic City.
