You don't have the knees collapsed properly. They are to be straight up & down not on an angle.. I have to admit it is a little difficult to collapse properly but that's the issue you're having with the knees.. I posted some photos on tfw2005 forum on this same matter

Yes, you're right. I realised just after publishing the video. The knees are ridiculously too tight when compressing them in and extending them out. I've specifically addressed this issue in the reverse transformation video. Thank you for watching.

I didn't need to rotate the thigh pegs to get the transformation, the rear fuselage actually table together without gaps if you don't rotate them. Great video otherwise!
