Its pretty cool but I think the wings in robot mode on the XTB look better. I also think the blue flight stand is an eyesore. I would prefer it to be clear. For the price, the Targetmaster should definitely plug into the hand and the stand base should be included.

Yeah they defo should’ve included the flight stand or even a revised version of it. I have one of their flight stands and Cyclonus is on it, in a nose dive position and them side by side in alt mode would look phenomenal… I even thought of a pair of Inquisitors either side of Cyclonus would be 👌

Fantastic review man. The paint and the presence is wonderful. This figure gives me the serious 1986 film feel. I like it. Lastly, my copy came to me and he was missing his goatee. 😂 Thankfully there are a plethora of faces.

If they went with the Rebirth of G1 part 2, they are correct as that is exactly how Frackis ran and then transformed to jump into Scourages two hands and held him. However, there MUST be a way to mount Frackis when in his space ship mode and not underneath him. That looks bad and wrong if they cannot mount him on Scourage top front shuttle mode.

I Kno a lot of us collectors don't care, but, Frackus (Scourge's target master) was always held with 2 hands in the G1 toon or floated in the air himself...all anyone has to do is go back to the Headmaster episodes & you'll see... maybe that was a FT wink...jmt

TM, I got 8 of these coming. 4 are already in the house courtesy of Toy Dojo and Chosen Prime. My 2 TF Source orders should be here today. All I'm waiting on, is my 2 Show-Z orders and the Squad of Scourge and The Sweeps that includes "Sweeps, Six and Seven...(Darth Vader voice) "Is complete". I was going to do the same with the X-Transbots versions but I watched your review way back when and decided to pass.

I have both and it’s pretty drastic, the difference in shelf presence. 2 XTBs as sweeps and the FT is my “Scourge”

Looks nice but...doesn't look very stable (heavy backpack), can't hold target master on either mode, no landing gear for alt mode, doesn't come with stand, articulation is below average...I'll wait until it's on sale 😂

Wrong, It's very stable in both modes. Plus, Fans Toys is shipping to all retailers a FREE new part for the target master to shipped with all previous purchases and future orders. Got mine from ToyDojo Saturday morning.

@MichaelPipes101 My opinion is based on what I've seen from reviews of Paik4Life, TMReviews, and Bobby Skullface, so if your figure is VERY stable that's great 👍🏼 If FT is sending something free for Inquisitor to hold the target master is bc they did it wrong to begin with, right? It's a good looking figure, but I stand by what I said.

Looks awesome, but is it just me or is the chest a bit too big? Also the targetmaster compatibility is pure bs. I personally don't care about targetmasters, but you can tell they didn't care either. Also also, I wish they remade Cyclonus, cause the transformation ain't it chief

This cost 100 dollars more than xtransbots. I don't think it is worth that much more than it. I remember in your review you said the xtransbots was to small but this is the same size maybe smaller and no mention of that. I prefer the chest and wings on xtransbots, also transformation except feet, but it is doable. Prefer the legs on fanstoys and the color a little bit.I was waiting for this but you can get the xtransbot three pack for this one figure, not sure its worth it.

Also prefer xtransbots alt mode with landing gear gun storage on top and inside along with included stand that has storage as well.

I’m sure it will sell well due to brand loyalty to FT, but I honestly don’t see much reason to get this over the XTB one. Especially when it’s more expensive.

The fold out for the head tabs into the waist. With that there getting shell formed is a pain in ass. Skipping it probably doesn’t hurt much and looked easier in the long run. Time stamp 40:27 Paik4life video shows it.

There are no stability issues. Man, this bot is super solid. As far as the targetmaster, I can understand the complaint. By the way, Fans Toys is sending all previous and future buyers a free part upgrade for the targetmaster.

@@MichaelPipes101 Yeah some of the early reviews were showing stability issues. Seems like they might not have had the heel spurs out. But yeah the Target Master is a bummer not sure how that passed QC during the molding. At the price they're asking they better make it right.

The issues have to do with the way they have the legs transformed, I'll be doing a reverse transformation and will show what I mean
