ecclesiastes , 🔥🔥 Vapor of vapors and futility of futilities, says the Preacher. Vapor of vapors and futility of futilities! All is vanity (emptiness, falsity, and vainglory). [Rom. 8:20.] AMP Better is the end of a thing than the beginning of it, and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit. AMP The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun. KJV All things are weary with toil and all words are feeble; man cannot utter it. The eye is not satisfied with seeing, nor the ear filled with hearing. [Prov. 27:20.] AMP I have seen all the works that are done under the sun, and behold, all is vanity, a striving after the wind and a feeding on wind. AMP And I gave my heart to know wisdom, and to know madness and folly: I perceived that this also is vexation of spirit. KJV If you see the poor oppressed in a district, and justice and rights denied, do not be surprised at such things; for one official is eyed by a higher one, and over them both are others higher still. NIV If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for he that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they. KJV Wisdom is a shelter as money is a shelter, but the advantage of knowledge is this: Wisdom preserves the life of its possessor. NIV Moreover, no one knows when their hour will come: As fish are caught in a cruel net, or birds are taken in a snare, so people are trapped by evil times that fall unexpectedly upon them. NIV There was a man all alone; he had neither son nor brother. There was no end to his toil, yet his eyes were not content with his wealth. "For whom am I toiling," he asked, "and why am I depriving myself of enjoyment?" This too is meaningless - a miserable business! NIV Wisdom, like an inheritance, is a good thing and benefits those who see the sun. NIV In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider: God also hath set the one over against the other, to the end that man should find nothing after him. KJV

Her hubby told her who she really is, as a part of a people, which is an Hebrew Israelite of the bible, which explains the problems aka curses, that fits our people's captivity in america and the earth.The only thing Fantasia was wrong about, was a man & woman being equal, there not, however, they are to balance each other as one, spiritual unit, in purpose, place & position in authority & power, which is a Godly power to be wreck'in with! Now this girl have grown into a woman. So judge her for what happens here and what’s to come but for now give her kudos for her growth. @James R you might want to use the same point to prove white men are superior then. Since they created most things we use in this world. Your logic is flawed and could be used against you, men always had the resources to do those things because women couldnt hold and earn money and could only stay at home taking care of children. Even after getting these basic rights everybody should always has, women being independant individuals is a recent concept that means men are miles further when it comes to resources to build anything. Just like black people gaining financial freedom is recent so is women gaining financial freedom. You cant boast about "men created everything" when these same men oppressed women for thousands of years by keeping them from going to school , voting, working.... you agree with fantasia because she's as misogynistic as you are. Just like self hate and internalized racism is inside the black community, internalized misogyny is also a thing.

You talking about "old school" and "in this day and age," but historically women married for financial security. It's called hypergamy: dating up. Women were encouraged to find men that could provide for them financially and be the bread winners. It was like that until black women started getting government assistance and were encouraged to get rid of the men in their lives or else they'd lose that financial help. How can a woman submit to a man that she's taking care of financially????? She's worth waaaaaay more than him, she admitted that she's more frugal than him, and his business doesn't appear to be successful. Sounds like he's just a sweet talker and she was ready settle down.

Generational curse. SAY THAT MAMA! The root of every issue in the community stems from the destruction of the family unit. A unit that has a king to be the head and a queen to be the neck. One cannot work without the other. Don't get in your feelings, listen to the knowledge that she is giving to you. This doesn't take away a single accomplishment from you. This doesn't make you less than. You are to be celebrated for holding it down when you had to. But don't miss out on your king when the opportunity presents itself. You deserve to have someone to hold you down.
@nialittle9087

Facts. It validates what she said 100%. Society has conditioned us to believe that we can do it all. However, should we have to? With the destruction of the black family from the 40s to now, our men were taken from us and we had no head. So you do it alone for so long and you don't know what to do to support him and he has been away from the home for so long je doesn't know what to do to support you or his family. The end result...more single family homes and more messed up black men amd women. It should not be the norm. Our daughters and sons need to see a man love and protect his wife so that they follow the same route in life. It's not always about money or a man mistreating you. I think people hear the word submission and think of mistreatment or being second class. That's not what she is saying at all but that is how society has conditioned our ears to hear her.

Giggles - everybody makes mistakes and nobody’s perfect. You can’t judge them based off their past. Maybe both of them and have moved forward from that and learned from their mistakes. Not everyone is stuck in the same position forever 🤷🏽‍♀️

@@giggles1219 3 weeks yes TRUE and has been with him for 5 YEARS and counting.... no different than the average girl down the block having sex on the FIRST DATE with your neighborhood dough boy and being his GIRLFRIEND of 5 YEARS. At least Fan MARRIED him off of that feeling of hope, trust and letting HER GOD lead the way. And even if she DIDNT marry him, who cares. They seem happy! As someone stated, EVERYONE makes mistakes. Dont act as if YOU have no past. Rather if it was sleeping with a MARRIED man or STEALING from a store.. a WRONG is a WRONG!!!. YOURS is no better than HERS. And HERS is no better than YOURS!! As i stated to the last one who was judging her, fall back and relax. She didnt ASK anyone to take her advice. She only STATED some advice.if you choice to be submissive to your man or women as a doing of FAN, then thats on you..if you choose not to listen to FAN that's on you also. She said what she said for a reason. It obviously went over way to many peoples heads. If yall looking at her past as a reason to not look at the actually POINT she was trying to make then her point wasnt for yall.🙂
@Queendani79
@Queendani79 4 жыл бұрын
People want to sit up here and say many many things about her past boyfriends and her past choices but y'all got to realize this girl a hard knock life and she did not have a loving home..its a known fact that you are a product of your environment and once you find something that you truly truly believe in and you step back and you analyze yourself that's when God will meet you halfway. For the ones who don't believe there is a God that's your choice. I'm not here to push that on you whatever your belief is, that's what it is. But you believe in something, we all do.What she said in MY eyes was nothing wrong. she said to be submissive to your man. If your man is that man to be submissive to, then do you. But if he ain't then that's on you to deal with. I've been with my man for 3 years, and he got 3 baby mamas. Everyone looked at me like I was absolutely crazy for dealing with a man with 3 different baby mamas. But let me tell you all something it's the person who makes the man just like it's the person who makes the woman. I didn't ask for him to do anything for me but be HIMSELF. And what i saw was a perfect loving man, best friend and dad to his kids..ALL 3..provider and protector for me and my children and he did that all on his own because I showed him something those other three females did not. I followed my heart, I followed my God, and it led me to him. And I was always taught no matter what a person's past is you never shun them out you always give a person a chance to prove themselves to you. So i did and 3 yrs later we still here.. And his one baby mother has tried every single thing in her power to break us up because she sees how she used to be treated and could have still been treated but wasn't women enough to be the women he needed after being sneaky and deceiving of him for 5 yrs. He saw the light and left her. I'm submissive to my man because he makes me feel like a queen so I do everything in my power to make him feel like a king. Three baby mommas and all three kids in the all. And every time his one baby mother sees us, that every weekend that he gets his son she hates it! she hates it so much that she petition to the court that she didn't even want me there at pick up because she couldn't stand the glow in the happiness that me and him was giving off she hates to see him happy. Courts denied it so thats her karma for being a bad wife to him. The point that I'm trying to make it there is nothing in my eyes that Fantasia said wrong. All she said was be submissive to your man and pretty much meet him halfway. It's a let him be the king and the leader. Now some men don't deserve that at all but other men do. Don't take her past situations and try to dismiss the reality of today's world in the facts that she was laying down.

I was hearing all this crap about “Fantasia saying women need to fall back and know their place.” I had to come see this interview for myself. People be twisting her words. She never meant it like that. Girl, I agree with her 100%. Women are queens and as queens they are as important if not more, just like Chess. But when you allow your man to be a king. You’re in a whole other level of grown love and peace in your household. It’s definitely a generational thing as to why certain people are taking it as she is saying women should be oppressed by men or something. Everything she said is 100!

@SheriMaple
@SheriMaple 4 жыл бұрын
@@kiarahnoname5701 But isn't this idea of men being leaders under the thought of white patriarchy? I think we should be careful of whose ideas or thoughts we are carrying. Always thought it's more about cooperation and community that's key. My mother and father couldn't work if not for my grandmother coming to live with us and help take care of my brothers and me. We have taken on this nuclear family this idea of two parents and 2.5 kids without thinking that it's only one piece of the puzzle. I think the idea is more driven by ego than how we as a couple strive and thrive. Leadership isn't about being the head of something and giving orders. You have to aspirational and inspirational, also understand that you have limitations that you can't do it all. Leadership is a skill and can be learned over time. Do you have a vision and a goal to make this vision come to fruition? Marriage is a partnership that requires cooperation from both individuals. You are telling each other that you are making a commitment to the relationship to raise children if that's one of your goals. There might some deal-breakers but that should be decided before anyone walks down an aisle or take that trip to city hall to do the deed. Also, I have no idea what Fantasia is talking about going back to the way old. What does even mean? The problem with nostalgia is how people rememory (Toni Morrison's term) of things that didn't exist but would like them to be true.

Borsalino Kizaru It takes everyone in society raise children. Children eventually attend school for their education. If both parents work, then a babysitter helps with providing childcare. Other family members helps raise children. There is an entire ecosystem that we don’t realize than it takes more than two people. Besides more black fathers spend more time with their children than any ethnic group. There’s a myopic view about what and family is in America.

I've had the pleasure of meeting her and having a real sister girl talk with her. And when I tell you her spirit is AMAZING...I tell you no lie!! She is beautiful inside and out. She's humble and real. Down to earth and sweet. They don't make superstars like her anymore. I love her!!!
