I just replayed Aria of Sorrow on my phone earlier this year too :) Such a good game, one of the best in the series, along with Symphony of the Night of course. Dracula's Castle is my favorite song in SOTN, so this video just has all kinds of goodness!

It's impressive how you managed to make such an arrangement of this song without having even played Symphony of the Night! And I must say that it sounds much more interesting than the original song. Congratulations! Oh, great to know that I'm not the only person to undergo hiatuses, and that it is possible to return to activity after such a long absence. I didn't play the piano for years until my trip to Russia in Summer 2017. My river cruise in Russia was inspiring enough to bring me back to piano learning, starting with Débussy's La Fille aux Cheveux de Lin, then Tchaikovsky's Barcarolle, then Chopin's Nocturne op. 9-2, and then... Liszt's Liebesträume Nº3, a song I had long lost hope I would ever be able to play. Unfortunately I was not happy enough with Liebesträume, and I ventured into learning the Hungarian Rhapsody Nº2, that monument of the impossible. Shame on me. I managed to learn the first four pages of that song, so wish me luck while I don't get down to earth. I have the bias that I am not anything if I can't play the Rhapsody. But at least, you don't need to play songs that seem impossible to play to sound good. I can really envy the fact that you can arrange songs by ear, while I just can't play anything without ready-made sheet music. Once again... kumawo for this song! Annyeong!
