Some great footage. I have a question ( just showing my ignorance ), what does the illuminated OFF sign mean that is positioned above the platform ?.

It indicates to train crew and to platform staff that the signal ( which may be obscured by the train itself or by the curvature of the platform) that the signal is "off", ie showing a proceed aspect. Platform staff and guards should not give the "right away" to the driver if the signal is "on".
