I basically grew up with the Kirby/Lee and John Byrne era Fantastic Four comics and stories which were published in Finland in the 80's and the captured the vibe of those perfectly.

Honestly, I am SO hyped up for this. Really excited to see their chemistry as a family, and of course how they integrate into the main 616 universe. I think I honestly might read through the whole Hickman run of FF which I have in Omnibus format, and then the Hickvengers run (which I also have in Omnis) as I think it will be an amazing run to get back into the FF and lead up to Secret wars. I think they may have even released a Hickman Secret Wars Omni now too which I might need to grab!! On the teaser, they all look amazing, Galactus looks DOPE, and getting some Wandavision vibes with the time period.

For the third time (for me) at 5:13 when Strange said he thought the Fantastic Four were from the Sixties, it was a reference to a Soul quartet that had two minor chart singles around 66, 67(maybe your parents remember them.)

Im guessing we get a fuller trailer just before Thunderbolts release.

Here's what I'm thinking. A: We'll get flashback origin in snippits. MAybe even a Tv show about them as celebrity superhero family (hence the tour at the beginning.) Plus look how Sue is walking, sort of leaning back. I think shes pregnant and they airbrushed it out. B: I think we are going to see a montage of them beating some of their rogues gallery (Mole Man, I think Malkovich is Red Ghost etc) C: I think the FF will be highly regarded and a known track record for always coming out on top. D: I think Galactus will be showing up partially to devour the world but maybe also drawn there by the presence of Franklin, (who im pretty sure becomes him at some point??). E: I think Galactus will be too much for them and they will ultimately fail and have to abandon their universe and hop over to the 616. F: I think Reed is working on mulltiversal theories on the chalk board. G: I think this is not the last we will see of Galactus. I think hw'll pop up in secret wars or maybe a future FF sequel

You guys think by the end the team splits? Like Jonny and Ben end up in the 616 and right away try to find a version of them but find out they don’t exist in our universe which lead them to the new avengers and can get really great chemistry with spider man and Jonny storm. 😊

My theory has them escaping their world before galactus destroys it and they step through a portal to modern time to warn the heroes of his presence followed by doom to setup doomsday. Galactus "wins" in this regard. Is he gonna be a one off or more later? i think by "winning" he can return in secret wars.

My opinion: ....looks amazing. Love the esthetics. But it's a slight of hand to the real problem Casting!. Don't see the actors (which are amazing) fit these roles. If the goal is to be comic book accurate, then do more homework. Things voice should be more raspy, creepy, NY accent. (Comic version) I believe you looking to far into this. I would love for this to hit great, but on the fence. But hey I'll give it a shot.

On the “looks like a flop” thing people do…. Do they ever realize that hoping for flops will eventually mean studios will steer away from doing more comic projects? Same thing as people hoping this other wrestling company fails. It doesn’t help the business. Going against their own interests smh
