I think he need more appearance. Finally we hear something about him in at least one Marvel movie but his appearance is unknown.

He’s not a cloud , the cloud is just the effect created by him when travelling through space. You can literally see the shadow of his comic book appearance on Saturn & when the Silver Surfer enters inside the cloud.

I know everyone hates the design but I honestly thought it was cool when I first saw it, I remember thinking to myself how the hell they were gonna pull off having Galactus in this movie because of the goofy way he looks in the comics but when I saw the little visual references to him in this giant cloud/void I thought it was pretty cool! Reminded me a lot of the Eye of Sauron especially when you see his helmet in the fire!

So if I were to guess I’d say Skrull cause an alien invasion is kinda of a situation that needs to be tended to immediately and in the present. {+ Secret Invasion has a release time that’s closer than Antman 3 or the next Eternals. And I can’t see them putting a celestial in anybody’s solo movie. Kang is someone I could see threatening the future of the mcu or even the past. He’s someone thats in Antman 3 but also not goin to be beat by Antman alone so we can count on his defeat and return in another project. And as a finale I can see them either giving us Galactus as Arishems judgement or showing us how powerful the mcu version is gonna be by having him destroy Arishem and set his sights on us next.

I can explain cloud Galactus. You see... he wasn't MEANT to be a cloud. The idea was that the cloud would obscure him so that they could reveal him in full in a silver surfer solo movie. Honestly, never realized Galactus was in this movie, BUT, I think it's cool that they did it this way (and the nod with the shadow silhouette on Saturn) rather than early 00 CGI showing him confronting a Giant with a purple helmet 😳... Apparently it was gonna show him in a sequel that never happened tho. This gives me hope that we may see him in the 2024/25 Reboot. After the prior reboot, I don't think Dr Doom will be the villain, unless he's revealed to be a Kang Variant or something but even if so, highly doubt he'll be the main antagonist.
