+Sword StrikerXL Actually, back in 2002, Samuel Jackson gave Marvel permission to redesign the character based on his appearance. While Samuel may not have made an appearance on film, his likeness was already used for Nick Fury in the comics. And if you've played enough video game tie-ins, they include villains and other characters that weren't present in the movie. And they're based on their ultimate universe versions, which is why Nick Fury is in this game.

This comment is a year old and not really related to your question but I want to point out a funfact: In the sequel film Rise of Silver Surfer-- the black general guy played by Andre Brauer was originally supposed to Nick Fury but they changed it to an original character.

Ashton Phillips Not really. The game is actually a bit fun to play but it needs a lot more work. By playing it, I can clearly tell it's a rushed product that was only meant to coincide with the release date of the movie.

It's a really simple beat them up game. It can be fun to play for the first time and finding all the secrets and completing secondary challenges are done well, but otherwise not much replay value.
