I had worked in a boiler manufacturing company and the degree of bend for cold rolled tubing was limited by its wall thickness. The thicker the wall thickness, the less degree of bend because on the inside radius, the pipe wall would compress and thicken and the outside radius, the pipe wall would stretch and become thinner. The allowable degree of bend would probably lessen as the pipe diameter increases. My guess is it appears to be about a 36" diameter pipe and is probably limited to a 10 to 15 degree cold rolled bend.

i have tried bending pipe at 2"only and a cylinder thru a roller. We don't have machine for bending wrought iron. Your machine were great and nicely fabricated for a certain purpose.
