Beatiful house. I would build stairs from the cantina to the "spa area" and I would get rid of the spa. I would rather have a lounge area, cover the ceiling and have a terrace on top of that.

Hi, I imagine now how with an architect we can do with a house where the outside dont look very appealing. It will be a beautiful house when finished and a fantastic view from the terrace. It is a project where the cost will be between 150K to 200K. The new owner must use the space of the 3 cantinas to make more something great. Thanks guys always nice to follow you. One suggestion, it will be nice to meet your associates : architect, geometra, builder etc. Love you.

It´s a gorgeous and unusual house...Those stairs need some fencing ,but it is still in progress,so maybe later...I don´t even try to imagine this stunning viewq from upper terrace...!!! I just love it ..Pity I have not enough money to buy both houses and connect them..

I do love that it has an inner courtyard, but I would take out the concrete surround and spa (especially if I wanted to buy the house next door - doubtful, but still...) and have a smaller pool. The courtyard isn’t that big, especially as I like Aden' idea of spiral stairs to the cantina and that takes up extra room. Redoing the work already done and finishing the house makes the cost prohibitive. Too bad.
