I don't recall ever seeing a house with double walls below ground over here in the US. They do waterproof them in various ways, but I don't know how effective that is. What a large house for the price.

Good houses are built this way here. An air gap between the soil and house. It works really well. The price is negotiable too ;-)

Lovely home! Question, when you say no furniture, sometimes that mean that the kitchen is going to be removed, will that be the case here? Also, what about the light fixtures do they stay? I would hope that not ALL of the furniture is going? It would take a lot to get this house furnished and to not feel empty. Like for an example, some of the wardrobes should stay. It is such a large house it will need some larger pieces to stay!!❤

There are specialists you can find that can help. You only pay taxes on profit, if you sell for more than when you bought and I believe it's up to 5 years after you bought. No taxes if you don't make a profit and no taxes after 5 years of ownership.

I was just watching a real estate video from the US, a $4m house that had far less privacy than this. It's really not too bad as the houses are mostly to the rear. It's not easy to be in a town with nothing around. Yes, fees are agent's fee and taxes. The price is negotiable. By all means, get in touch if you need more information.
