UMG literally stuck their necks out for Drake to stop Kendrick Lamar from dropping more disses and (at least try to) have him redact the allegations he said on Meet The Grahams and Not Like Us. So if Drake were to drop a diss track, I suspect that it would quite possibly kill his career. They invested $400 million into Drake, trying their absolute best to save his reputation because billions of dollars are at stake. My guess is that if Drake decides to clap back at Kendrick after all that effort UMG did to resolve the issue, the company will see Drake as a liability and cut him off, leaving Drake hundreds of millions of dollars in debt and no effective way of promoting nor profiting off his music.

That song is going to be the most played this summer. It's going to permanently put a film over his career. People were already saying Drake was on a down turn, and the rest of the industry really doesn't want to work with him due to his antics and going after other artists and people's girls.
