Love the video but don't agree with handcuffing RBs, yet alone WRs and TEs. They will be wasted picks/spots in my opinion and with Bestball you would want weekly upside as much as possible to win the league.

what can I say you're right (in most situations at least). handcuffing is a great strategy if you're doing a 12-team or deeper, 20+ round bestball league... but if you're in a shallow league like 10-team or you're in a tournament, handcuffing does kill your upside. Nonetheless it is a strategy that can be utilized in some situations when a good handcuff like Chuba is falling for example. To increase your upside you're going to want to draft other people's handcuffs and not your own.

I don’t know if I agree with getting handcuffs in best ball. That just gives you less chances of having a player go off. Also there are not a lot of clear handcuffs around these days. So many committees.

I should have been clear... I usually only go get 1 handcuff, and at the very most 2... also in a 10-team best ball there are a lot of players but when I'm doing a competitive 12-team best ball, there really aren't any good players left in the late rounds anyway... might as well get an Edmonds or Justin Jackson or Tony Pollard

I like drafting at least 1 handcuff in best ball so you have a teams backfield locked up. It worked well last year with Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams.

I agree that handcuffs are not a good idea in Best Ball. Most of the time that will be a wasted pick. You need those late picks to fill other positions. I'm usually done with RB by round 6. Pretty much any handcuff pick from 2019 would have been a waste in Best Ball. Can anyone think of one that contributed?
