Fantech Helios II Pro, DETAILED REVIEW

Heya! Regarding the tension of the click, it's the switch. However, from our testing and research, we've found that these feel the best in our opinion, as Opticals feel different than mechanicals. Some are mushy (bad), some are tactile (good!). Ours are tactile, haha. Thank you for the awesome review man! We've put a lot of work into this mouse for everyone ^_^. Regarding the coating, we don't use a coating in the traditional sense, but instead use a more expensive process that involves ingraining the surface texture into the mold itself. This provides a lot longer longevity, with less color fading than coatings.

I haven't tried their mice, but one thing I can tell you is that they make insanely good mouse pads. I own the Fantech Agile 900x400 mouse pad and for $18 its visibility better than other mouse pads in that price range which are generally speaking some Chinese oems. If I didn't know the price I would consider it 2 or 3 times more expensive.

How well are they compared to something like lgg or artisan? I've seen them before and they do look very cool but I was afraid that they'd not be very good performance wise.

@@randall1073idk here is my story. I forgot to bring my mouse dongle and my mousepad (lgg Saturn pro soft) when I moved. Didn’t want too much hassle so ordered this mouse and mousepad from them. On the first look sure lgg looks better but I don’t notice too much difference when I’m really gaming. Certainly much much better than the $20 ish asking price.

Helped a lot, I was really skeptical of this mouse since it offered way better compared to other mice with same specs or worse and more expensive. The review was great, Other reviwers said it doesn't feel coated but it feels good, but I really needed what you said "cheap coating" coating does not bother me but this is a substansial point, as always thanks for the great review!

I own both and the Helios is the better buy. The OP1WE is much better than the XM2WE imo. But the Helios has the better tech by far. Endgame is using outdated sensors. But they are tuned very well regardless

I love my Aria, looking forward to hop back on the S2 shape. It'll be my first 4K dongle too, which I'm looking forward to trying (and probably never using because I don't need it lol). Did you by any chance see if you can use 1K while connected to the 4K dongle or do you have to switch back and forth?

If you didn't like the coating then why not stick the included grip tape on it? Mouse looks great, the color scheme is just beautiful. I say it's a great deal for the price.

I wish you could get your hands to review the new upcoming Waizowl Cloud that will be released next month, and it will have the same Steelseries Sensei shape with Huano's blue shell pink dot switches and with a lot less weight than the Sensei, and wireless.

thanks a bunch for the continued support! as for the shapes, similar, but the burst pro has a little more rear flare and hump. if you want something like the burst pro, try the Pulsar X2V2

This mouse kinda reminds me of Gahum from Rakk gears a local brand here in the Philippines. Gahum is a best seller for them, sadly I couldn't get one for myself coz I was too late in the party when I found out about that mouse, honestly satisfied with my Viper mini that's why I never bothered to look for a new mouse, but then one day I suddenly wanted a wireless mouse.

How is the coating compared to the viper v2 pro or deathadder v3, as i hated the rough plastic, it is coarse and slippery, i prefer coating that is smooth like zowie

I got a mouse with a cheap coating and what bothers me the most is that sweat and gunk get stick into it and gotta clean it daily. That never happened when i had a razer

I really wanted to like the X2H but no matter how many times I use it, I just don't feel comfortable with the shape. I own 16 newer released mice and can comfortably use them all bedsides the X2H. Maybe the mini would feel better for me.

Even with larger hands it gave me cramps in my ring and pinkie tendons. So i do not consider this a small mouse at all. Small is sl-12 small/ulx.
