Question... I also have the V9 BUT I am unable to separate the yellow section of the filter from the actual Hepa filter for washing. Was yours overly hard to separate?

@@philcortens5214 the owners manual and support help say to turn it counter clockwise but they are wrong. It's actually clockwise. You will actually hear a little snap when it releases. Mine was so dirty.
